A purchase subsidy is offered for electric bicycles with a discount of 40% on the value of the bicycle excluding VAT.<\/p><p>The maximum subsidy limit is \u20ac800 per bicycle.<\/p><p>For certain categories of beneficiaries (people with disabilities and large families), an additional discount of \u20ac500 is provided.<\/p><p>Conversion kits and electric bicycles converted from conventional ones are not subsidized. An example calculation of the electric bicycle subsidy for a value of \u20ac1500, where the pre-VAT price is \u20ac1210 and the VAT is \u20ac290:<\/p><p>The subsidy is calculated as 40% of \u20ac1210, which is \u20ac484, and the total cost of the bicycle is (\u20ac1210 &#8211; \u20ac484) + \u20ac290 = \u20ac1016. *<\/p><p>* IF AN APPLICATION FOR THE SUBSIDY FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES OR LARGE FAMILIES IS REQUESTED, AN ADDITIONAL \u20ac500 IS DEDUCTED.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>For a bicycle costing \u20ac3000 (\u20ac2420 + \u20ac580 VAT), the subsidy is \u20ac2420 * 40% = \u20ac968, but the maximum subsidy limit is \u20ac800, so the total cost is (\u20ac2420 &#8211; \u20ac800) + \u20ac580 = \u20ac2200. *<\/p><p>* IF AN APPLICATION FOR THE SUBSIDY FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES OR LARGE FAMILIES IS REQUESTED, AN ADDITIONAL \u20ac500 IS DEDUCTED.<\/p><p>The electric bicycle subsidy applies to for individuals with one bicycle per VAT number, as in the previous program.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Electric Bicycle Subsidy for Companies<\/strong><\/p><p>In &#8220;KINUMAI ELECTRIC 2&#8221;, the subsidy also applies to companies engaged in the following main activities, with up to ten (10) electric bicycles.<\/p><p>NACE activity codes:<\/p><p>Rental and leasing of vehicles 77.21.10.08Bicycle rental services 77.1Hotels and similar accommodation 55.1Holiday and other short-stay accommodation 55.2Campgrounds, recreational vehicle parks, and trailer parks 55.\u03b23Food delivery services 53.20.12.00<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Procedure for Subsidizing Individuals<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Stage 1<\/strong>: Electronic submission of the Subsidy Application with the following attachments: Copy of ID card or equivalent certificate,<\/p><p>Official quotation with signature and stamp of the supplier for the selected vehicle,<\/p><p>Form E1 for the last tax year,<\/p><p>Buyer&#8217;s signed and authenticated declaration that the vehicle does not have any propulsion mechanism other than pedals and will not undergo any conversion,<\/p><p>In the case of applications from people with disabilities, Disability Certification or equivalent certification,<\/p><p>For families with at least three dependent children, Family Status Certificate.<\/p><p><strong>Stage 2<\/strong>: After approval of the Application, notified by email from KINUMAI ELECTRIC, submit:<\/p><p>Purchase receipt \/ invoice,<\/p><p>Standardized Declarations of the buyer and supplier (for subsidy),<\/p><p>Certificate of Conformity from the manufacturer,<\/p><p>Copy of the certificate of the bank account with IBAN.<\/p><p>Read the guide from the Ministry of Environment and Energy for the selection and purchase process of electric bicycles.
