All shipments are made through transport companies, DHL, Acs or ELTA Courrier.

All products are delivered to the address you provided in your order within one to five working days if they are immediately available. If they are not available our representative will notify you via email or phone and upon agreement, we will process your order.

Your order may be delayed during extreme weather conditions, strikes, or any other force majeure circumstances that may affect the transportation and delivery of your order. Or in case it is impossible to contact you via telephone or email (if there is an issue with your order, either regarding the product or payment) because your provided details are not correctly updated.

The customer is under no obligation to accept a package that is damaged or opened during transportation.

If the customer accepts the package, the company is not obligated to replace any damaged item or compensate for any loss since goods always travel at the customer’s risk.

Shipping charges for non-bulky items are €5.00 for the entire Greece.
