You have the right to return purchased goods and request their replacement:

In all cases where incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality were sold due to our proven fault (wrong order received, invoice, delivery, damaged during transport, poorly packaged).

In all cases where there has been a problem or an actual defect in the product (function or quality) covered by its warranty and if the warranty has been provided by us. This provision does not apply to products covered by third-party warranties, such as the product manufacturer or its agent.

In all of these cases, you can initially refuse to receive the product or, if you have received it, return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery.

In any case, the products must be returned in perfect condition, in the condition they were received, complete and undamaged. If they are not returned within 30 days then we may not accept any return and replacement.

For all cases mentioned, the maximum return period for replacement cannot be extended beyond thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt.

In addition, for all cases, the product you want to replace or repair must be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied it (e.g. VAT, Retail Account, etc.).

A monetary amount is returned only after consultation and in case of inability to replace a product based on the existing availability on our website. A return of the retail receipt is required for a refund.

In the event of a refund, the refund amount is offset against the total shipping cost and the difference is refunded. The customer bears the cost of transport costs in the case of a refund.

The customer should contact the manager of the orders department for a refund. The responsible person has the option to approve or deny returns for requests that do not correspond to the legal commercial rights of our company.
